Coast Guard Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team
U.S. Coast Guardsmen from Coast Guard Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team (PACTACLET), Law Enforcement Detachment (LEDET) 108 and Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) debark a rigid-hull inflatable boat after conducting a boarding and inspection of a foreign fishing vessel as part of Oceania Maritime Security Initiative (OMSI). Spruance, along with the guided-missile destroyers USS Momsen (DDG 92) and USS Decatur (DDG 73), and embarked "Devil Fish" and "Warbirds" detachments of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 49, are deployed as part of a U.S. 3rd Fleet Pacific Surface Action Group (PAC SAG) under Destroyer Squadron (CDS) 31.
