Change Management
Coast Guard leaders at every level need to be competent at leading change. The Coast Guard has adopted the PROSCI, Inc. methodology for managing change. It provides Coast Guard members from all levels of the organization a standard set of tools and practices to assist with managing change.

The Coast Guard Change Management Center of Excellence offers tools, courses, and help for anyone in the process of undergoing a change (small or large).
