Washington, DC - Coast Guard crew members, assigned to the Coast Guard Cutter Tern, fold the National Ensign aboard the Tern in the San Francisco Bay, Friday, July 4, 2014. The crew members provided tours during a Fourth of July event at Jack London Square in Oakland, Calif.
