WASHINGTON, DC - Petty Officer 1st Class Caleb Noriega, of El Paso, Texas, an instructor with the Coast Guard’s Afloat Training Organization, reviews procedures for proper operation of a P-100 dewatering pump with crewmembers from the Coast Guard Cutter Steadfast, a 210-foot medium endurance cutter, during damage control training conducted as part of Command Assessment of Readiness for Training, Sept. 19, 2014. The ATO, part of Force Readiness Command, assesses and prepares shipboard personnel to meet essential operational requirements.
