Salmagundi Club, New York City - U.S. Coast Guard Director of Governmental and Public Affairs Rear Admiral Megan Dean, Nick Dawes, chairman of the board of the Salmagundi Club, and Karen Loew, chairwoman of the Coast Guard Art Program committee at the Salmagundi Club, present the George Gray Award to Debra Keirce for her exceptional addition to the COGAP with her piece "Debris cleanup in Hawaii" at the Salmagundi Club in New York City on July 7, 2022.
