The Coast Guard has a new Ancient Keeper

: Master Chief Petty Officer Christopher Hinote wears the traditional Ancient Keeper’s hat, June 17, 2021. Hinote took over the position of Ancient Keeper June 17, 2021, at a change of watch ceremony at Station Grand Haven, Michigan, that was followed by the retirement of the former Ancient Keeper, Master Chief Petty Officer Kirk Mckay.
