Now is the time to work on your IDP
Chief Petty Officer Charles McKenzie, an avionics electrical technician at Air Station Sacramento, counsels recent arrival, Petty Officer 2nd Class Tyler Koch on his Individual Development Plan (IDP). McKenzie says having direct reports complete an IDP once they get settled is a good way for commanders to get to know their new unit.
