Williamsburg Native recognized at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy for Heroic Service

Retired Capt. James Hubbard is inducted into the Hall of Heroes Wall of Gallantry memorial at the Coast Guard Academy, October 21st, 2022. Hubbard was formally recognized for his efforts during two helicopter rescues that he played an integral role in during his Coast Guard career.
