Petty Officer 3rd Class Christian Ortega Santiago, a hospital corpsman, and another member of the crew of the Sentinel-class Coast Guard Cutter Glen Harris treat a migrant for symptoms of hypothermia following his rescue from the water in the Atlantic Ocean on Jan. 5, 2021.
