To better assess our member’s needs regarding childcare, the Coast Guard Child Care Needs Assessment survey is open for members. The survey is open to active duty and civilian Coast Guard employees with dependent children 12 years old and younger to participate in the survey. The questionnaire collects information about members’ childcare needs, as well as the way they prefer their child/children to be cared for, and their preference of childcare services. The information you provide will help us understand those needs and preferences. The results gathered from the survey will inform future program and policy decisions to improve access to quality childcare. Members can access the survey by going to the link below from your Coast Guard workstation or your personal device: https://www.uscgchildcaresurvey.com/SE/1/USCG, and will be confidential. The data we collect will be published only in summarized form so that no individual response can be identified. This survey is voluntary and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
