Reminder: We want to hear from you

By MyCG Staff

We are at the mid-point for the 2020 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. The survey initially began Sept. 24 and will continue through Nov. 5. As of Oct. 15, our official mid-point mile marker, 32% of our eligible workforce has completed the survey – thank you!

We have two more weeks, so there is still time to complete your survey and provide valuable feedback to leadership. This year, there are specific questions about the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to hear from you now more than ever about how the Coast Guard is handling COVID-19 and workplace flexibilities.

Remember, to be eligible to participate in the 2020 FEVS you must have been a permanent civilian employee with the Coast Guard as of October 2019 (non-political appointee, non-temporary, on a full or part-time schedule). OPM sends survey reminders each Thursday to those eligible employees who have not yet completed the survey.  Have you seen an email from "Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey - HS" evhs@opm.gov? That’s us! The email will also include your own personal survey link. If you are an eligible employee who has not received the 2020 survey or reminder emails, please contact Brooke Lawson at Brooke.M.Lawson@uscg.mil right away.

We want to hear your thoughts and your opinions. Your input can help make changes within our workforce. Please fill out the 2020 FEVS survey so that we can improve for you.
