Reservists: new Selected Reserve bonus of up to $10k

If you are a reservist, you may be eligible for a bonus of up to $10,000.

The Office of Reserve Resource Management has re-engineered the Selected Reserve (SELRES) bonus process and there are currently approximately 800 reservists who may be eligible for a bonus.

For more information on the new process, go to the Reserve portal page (CAC enabled).

The updated information includes:

  • SELRES Bonus Database: The database (broken out by AREA/DXR/DOL) of EVERY member Coast Guard Recruiting Command has identified as being eligible for a SELRES Bonus. It includes all vital information to identify members eligible for a bonus.
  • SELRES Bonus Messages: This folder has a compilation of all of the SELRES Bonus Messages released to date.
  • SELRES Bonus Process: The flow chart provides step-by-step information to identify and process payment for members eligible for a SELRES bonus.
  • BON-04 SELRES Affiliation Bonus Form CG-3307: Document used to request SELRES Bonus payment. This form can also found on PPC’s website.
