VIDEO: In the ER: Coast Guard petty officer shares his experiences with COVID-19

Petty Officer 1st Class Ryan Brown, a boatswain’s mate at Station Chicago and an emergency room nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, shares his experiences on the front lines in the battle against COVID-19. 

In the short video that can be found here, Brown recounts a few of the cases he’s handled over the course of the last year, along with his decision to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
