President Joseph R. Biden Jr. delivered the keynote address at the Coast Guard Academy during the 140th Commencement Exercises May 19, 2021.

The Coast Guard received this letter today from the President today in recognition of our 231st birthday. He notes, in part, "The proud women and men of the United States Coast Guard reflect the best of what our country has to offer, and our Nation is grateful."
