President Biden wishes the U.S. Coast Guard a happy birthday

The Coast Guard received this letter today from the President today in recognition of our 231st birthday. He notes, in part, "The proud women and men of the United States Coast Guard reflect the best of what our country has to offer, and our Nation is grateful."
