1. This message promulgates REF (A) and cancels REF (B).

2. Major changes to REF (A) incorporate updated guidance in REF (C) and REF (D), to include:

  • A. No-cost OCONUS move guidelines.
  • B. Streamlining e-resume screening procedures.
  • C. Streamlining medical screening procedures.
  • D. Removing screening requirements for assignment to the island of Oahu in Hawaii and Anchorage in Alaska.
  • E. Reducing suitability restrictions for minor, NJP-level infractions.
