The FSMS Service Center continues to add tools to help members use the new FSMS system. The latest? Meet FIONA, the FSMS Information & Online Assistance “agent” standing by to answer your questions.
To chat with FIONA, click the bubble on the bottom right of the FSMS Service Now Page. Answer the questions as prompted in the chat and get started.
FIONA can quickly answer questions about these initial topics for now:
- Service Purchase Agreements
- User Access Management
If FIONA can’t assist, she will help you submit a SNOW ticket. (She can also help you track the status of your ticket!)
This is a new tool, and it’s still being developed. The FSMS team is teaching FIONA to answer additional topics, which will be available soon.
