Service members: please take the Workplace and Gender Relations Survey

By Department of Defense Office of People Analytics

The Workplace and Gender Relations Survey (WGRS) opens today. All service members, active duty and reserve, are encouraged to participate by going to DoDsurveys.mil. The biannual survey is now open through Nov. 21.

Your responses are confidential, and individuals who complete the survey cannot be identified.

Responses to the anonymous survey provide the Coast Guard and the DoD official estimates of the prevalence of gender discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual assault in the service. Prevalence estimates help to paint a picture of the culture we work in.

Have your voice heard by taking the survey!

You can take the survey on a desktop computer, phone or tablet. The survey is official business, so you can take the survey while on-duty, on a government or personal device.

The Department of Defense has been conducting the congressionally mandated WGR Survey since 1988.
