Calling all military members: The Workplace Gender Relations survey closes Oct. 20

By AJ Pulkkinen, MyCG writer

The biennial Workplace Gender Relations (WGR) survey closes Oct. 20 and, with less than a month to go, the U.S. Space Force is leading all Services in response rates at 12.7%. The Coast Guard is in second with 9.5%.

Your participation is vital — sure, to beat the U.S. Space Force, but more importantly, to provide your individual perspective and input to service leaders and Congress.

Why is this survey important?

The WGR survey is the only data source that provides official estimates of the prevalence of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and gender discrimination in the Armed Forces. This input from the workforce helps to develop policies and procedures and make appropriate resource allocations to continue efforts to improve our workplace climate.

Email notifications about the WGR survey have been sent out regularly; however, if you have not received the notification and would like to complete the survey, simply go to https://dodsurveys.mil/. All survey responses are confidential.

Thank you for your participation and providing valuable data to help us make our climate healthier.
