AY26 Enlisted Roadshow – Sign Up Now!

By AJ Pulkkinen, MyCG writer

The Assignment Year 2026 (AY26) cycle is getting started, and the EPM-2 team is lining up roadshows to help you get ready. These presentations are a great chance for you and your shipmates to learn more about assignments and career development.

Assignment Officers (AOs), Central Assignment Coordinators (CACs), and Enlisted Career Advisors (ECAs) are available to give talks—either in person or over Microsoft Teams. They’ll cover important stuff like:

  • Assignment and transfer requests
  • Career progression
  • Separation processes
  • Advance to Position (A2P)
  • And more!

These aren’t just for people in specific ratings—they’re useful for everyone, especially if you're tour complete or planning to take the Service Wide Exam. Supervisors of enlisted members will also benefit.
