The Coast Guard is transitioning military members and their families from CGSUPRT to Military OneSource. Military OneSource is available now to provide you and your families with the best information and resources. The contract with CGSUPRT will end on August 25, 2025.
Military OneSource is a well-established, tested, and respected EAP service that already provides EAP services for DoD members and their families.
Military OneSource supplements the Coast Guard Work-Life services by Employee Assistance Program Coordinator or Specialist (EAPC or EAPS), Personal Financial Managers, and others at your local Work-Life Field Office.
Coast Guard civilians and their families are already transitioning from CGSUPRT to Federal Occupational Health’s EAP and Work-Life Services (www.FOH4You.com).
Warm handoff
If you are currently using CGSUPRT EAP services, you can continue until August 25. You can check with your provider to see if they also contract with Military OneSource (or FOH EAP). You may be able to continue with your current provider if you wish. If you do not continue with your provider, CGSUPRT will offer to warm-transfer you to Military OneSource (or FOH EAP).
If you reach out to CGSUPRT before August 25, CGSUPRT will inform you of the upcoming change. Then, you and CGSUPRT together will determine whether to connect with a CGSUPRT provider or to engage with Military OneSource (or FOH EAP).
If you are a member of the Selected Reserve (SELRES), you and your family are eligible for Military OneSource. Previously, only SELRES members on orders for more than 90 days were eligible for CGSUPRT services.
