The USCG Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) Fee Assistance (FA) payments to providers has reduced its processing time to 15 days.
Previously, due to high demand and staffing challenges payment procession had taken up to 45 days from time the claim form is submitted to MCCYN FA for processing. We are grateful that you are part of the MCCYN community and value your participation in the program!
If your provider has not received your fee assistance benefit payment based on their submitted claim for (July-November) have the provider complete the following:
- Contact us at cnicclaimsupport@us.navy.mil and attach your original claim submission for ease of reference.
- In the email, list the full name of sponsor, child and attach the claim form for each month payment was not received.
