Are you looking to broaden your experience and take on a new challenge? Enlisted Special Assignments offer unique pathways for professional growth. To help you navigate these opportunities, a series of virtual information sessions has been scheduled throughout the summer. Not all programs will have an information session. For any program listed below, check out the Special Assignments AO Page or Message/Email the AO for more information. 

Hosted by the Special Assignment Detailer alongside relevant subject matter experts—and in some cases, current incumbents—these sessions are designed to give you a firsthand look at what these roles entail. This is your chance to ask questions directly to the experts, learn about the day-to-day responsibilities, and determine if a special assignment aligns with your career goals.
 

What You Need to Know 

• Audience: All opportunities discussed in these sessions are exclusively for enlisted members. 

• Registration: Members must register in advance to attend the virtual sessions. 

• Where to look: You can view these and other upcoming sessions in the events section on the USCGPortalOnline - Home SharePoint page and the Special Assignments AO Page. Any change to the event(s) will be updated and recordings will be posted to the AO Page upon conclusion for those not available to join the live session.
