Coast Guard officers mentor leaders of tomorrow in the U.S. Senate Youth Program

The U.S. Senate Youth Program “is a unique educational experience for outstanding high school students interested in pursuing careers in public service.”

The Coast Guard recently removed the requirement for regular Enlisted Evaluation Reports (EER) for junior enlisted to reduce the administrative workload for supervisors allowing them to focus on mentoring and coaching.

Change allows supervisors, junior personnel to focus on job proficiencies.
