Domingo Suarez y Rosa — Towerman of Puerto Rico

In 1898, the Spanish American War saw Puerto Rico’s sovereignty transferred from Spain to the U.S. and towermen serving in Spanish lighthouses transferring to the U.S. Lighthouse Service.
