Multiple U.S. and Canadian partner agencies planned and executed four large-scale interagency, binational operations throughout the summer. The various maritime law enforcement and security missions were held to deter illicit activities in the region, uphold multi-agency interoperability, and to ensure mission capabilities throughout the Puget Sound, San Juan Islands, and Strait of Juan de Fuca.
