Here is your Ombudsman of the Year!

Morgan Holden, District 17 ombudsman, received the Coast Guard's 2024 Wanda Allen-Yearout Ombudsman of the Year award.

LCDR Andrea Psimer, Division Chief Office of Cutter Forces (CG-7511), was named the 2024 Vander Putten Inspirational Student of the Year (ISOY).

The ISOY award recognizes members who demonstrate sustained exceptional standards of proficiency and dedication while reflecting the service's core values of Honor, Respect, and Devotion to Duty.

Mr. Tony Goodloe, the Training Center Yorktown ESO, received the 2024 Full-time ESOY award, and LT Joseph McGinnis, the Marine Safety Unit (MSU) Lafayette Commanding Officer and collateral ESO earned the Collateral Duty ESOY recognition.
