2021 Morale, Well-Being, and Recreation (MWR) awards and scholarships announced 

The International Military Community Executives’ Association (IMCEA) honors 3 for outstanding contributions to morale. 

Base Kodiak's Morale, Well-Being and Recreation staff are pictured in April 2020 during their monthly free ice cream giveaway for Coast Guard families. COVID protocols were in place to avoid close contact during the monthly giveaways in the spring and summer. The event was turned into an ice cream drive-through and 363 families were served.
