Throughout October, the Coast Guard is promoting awareness and prevention during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

A new and breathtaking sight to the Cumberland County annual ‘Remember My Name’ event was the Field of Shoes, created by the Fort Bragg ACS Family Advocacy Program, Oct. 6. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and this year’s campaign encourages everyone in our community to break the silence.
