Coast Guard presents Civilian Employee of the Year Awards  

Commandant honors eight civilians for outstanding performance and dedication.

U.S. Marines with Battlefield Surveillance Company, 2nd Intelligence Battalion, and U.S. Coast Guardsmen boat through channels and survey the water off the coast of Oak Island, North Carolina, Aug. 31, 2016.
