Do you need to become better oriented with CG SUPRT services available to you?

By Keisha Reynolds, MyCG Writer

The Employee Assistance Program is offering a series of trainings on CG SUPRT to educate the Coast Guard workforce on the benefits that are available to members, civilians, and dependents. The orientations will be offered regularly throughout the year; below are the remaining sessions available for March.1

CG SUPRT provides a variety of support services including guidance and resources for financial stability, family growth and support, as well as health and legal services, to name a few.

Contracting Officer Representative for CG SUPRT, Mary Davenport, describes CG SUPRT: “It provides a comprehensive suite of free and confidential services to help with life’s difficult challenges and it supports a member’s work life resiliency and their family’s balance. All in all, it’s an effort to preserve the Coast Guard workforce and our mission readiness.”

CG SUPRT services are accessible by telephone, online and through the app. You may contact CG SUPRT at: (855) 247-8778; The Office of Work-Life EAPC at (202) 475-5100; visit the website at www.cgsuprt.com, or download the app, Espyr Connect, on Google Play or at the Apple Store.
