Creating a purposeful life - Wellness Wednesday

By MyCG Staff

“An unintentional life accepts everything and does nothing. An intentional life embraces only the things that will add to the mission of significance.”
- John C. Maxwell

Having recently celebrated Independence Day, we recognize there is so much for us to learn from declaring our intentions in our lives. The forefathers did just this as their vision was set in motion when they drafted the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

Join us for this week’s Wellness Wednesday July 7 3-4 p.m., EDT Cmdr. Stephen Bor and Chaplain Jared Payne from Sector LA/LB discuss how we can use the model of the Declaration of Independence to help us define what is most valuable and how to move forward to improve our lives and the world around us. We can apply this framework to our personal relationships, career trajectories, and many other areas of our lives. These concepts will help refine our self-direction and encourage us to make the most of our lives.

**Wellness Wednesday is being hosted on Coast Guard Teams. You will only be able to access this forum from a Coast Guard workstation or you call in +1 410-874-6742, Conference ID: 600 234 437#.**
