Save time and effort with FIONA

Do you have a Financial System Modernization Solution (FSMS) issue or question that needs an answer now?  

FIONA, a virtual aid to financial assistance, can answer questions and direct users to job aids about procurement and user access-related topics. It can also help you track the status of your FSMS Tickets. 

FIONA is there to help you implement self-help solutions without having to submit a SNOW ticket. Don't worry, if you can’t find your solution through FIONA, SNOW is still available to help. 

If you haven’t already checked out the FSMS Information & Online Assistance (FIONA) tool, now is the time as FIONA recently started addressing issues on purchasing, fleet cards and travel. 

To find FIONA, look for the little chat bubble on the bottom right portion of the FSMS Service Now (SNOW) page. Then answer the questions as prompted in the chat to get started. 

In an effort to improve your FSMS experience, Financial Systems is seeking your help. Through the recently released Service Now Virtual Agent Survey (FIONA), enabling you to assist in shaping the future of FIONA.
