Train Smart, Eat Smart: Level up with the Physical Readiness Program Webinar Series

The Coast Guard’s Physical Readiness Program (PRP) has launched a series of webinars designed to help you enhance your fitness and nutrition, whatever your current readiness level. Hosted by the Coast Guard's own fitness and nutrition experts, these sessions will provide valuable insights to help you "train smart and eat smart." 

The webinars will introduce two brand-new guides: The Coast Guard Workout Plan and the Coast Guard Nutrition Plan. These resources are designed to provide a comprehensive framework for improving your physical well-being, based on the latest science and customized to meet the Coast Guard’s needs. 

Join leaders and experts from across the service, including SCPO David "Lake" Downham, and SCPO Edward Fuchs, as they focus on the pillars of physical readiness. The series will run from June through September, with each session focusing on a specific aspect of fitness and health.

 

All webinars will be held on Microsoft Teams at 1400 EST.
