The Accountability and Transparency Review team thanks you for your input

The Coast Guard’s ATR Team is finalizing their report to identify improvements needed to ensure all members have what they need to create and experience a workplace free from sexual assault and harassment.

The Judge Advocate General publishes a periodic Good Order and Discipline (GOAD) Report of statistics and narrative descriptions of discipline to inform the Coast Guard community and reinforce Coast Guard standards.

In some parts of our Coast Guard, there is a disconnect between the workplace experience we talk about, and the experience our people are actually having. The Operation Fouled Anchor investigation revealed clear evidence of that in the Coast Guard Academy’s past. But today the dissonance is present in other parts of the Service, and it is revealed not only by reports of sexual assault, but by instances of harassment, bullying, retaliation, and other inappropriate behavior.
