New system for reserves: Reserve Requirements Generation System

The forthcoming system considers Coast Guard operational plans, authorities, policy, and strategy to conduct a mission-based quantitative calculation of workload and workforce capacity for the reserve.

Information on Reserve-related processes has always been a hot commodity.

Reserve aviation workforce roll-out

The Office of Aviation Forces and the Coast Guard reserve are working to develop the reserve aviation workforce.
