The Coast Guard and the New York City Police and Fire Departments provide a security escort for the USNS Comfort’s arrival into New York Harbor. The Navy vessel was sent to assist in responding to the COVID-19 virus. The service is moving from a semi-annual service wide exam to an annual exam for active duty enlisted advancements
