Operation Innovation: Get to know your District Innovation Action Officer 

New officers will serve as connectors between the field and the Innovation Council

Coast Guard members and civilian boat crews are working to boom off inlets to these areas in order to prevent contamination of one of the Gulf Coast's most sensitive ecosystems.
