The ISOY award recognizes members who demonstrate sustained exceptional standards of proficiency and dedication while reflecting the service's core values of Honor, Respect, and Devotion to Duty.

Mr. Tony Goodloe, the Training Center Yorktown ESO, received the 2024 Full-time ESOY award, and LT Joseph McGinnis, the Marine Safety Unit (MSU) Lafayette Commanding Officer and collateral ESO earned the Collateral Duty ESOY recognition.
