Coast Guard Training Centers Implement Home Restriction of Movement for Training (HT-ROM) Procedures

FORCECOM units are now shifting to a Home ROM for Training (HT-ROM) period. Members will be able to complete the14-day ROM at home to enable more flexibility to units and their personnel.
