How one member moved from the silver Auxiliary ranks to the gold bar of ensign

Ensign Michael Barth began his Coast Guard journey as an Auxiliary member; today he is assigned to Sector New York. 

The Sentinel-class fast response cutter USCGC Oliver Henry (WPC 1140) participate in a multilateral formation sail leaving Cairns, Australia, on Sept. 6, 2022, with crews from Australia and Fiji as the other ships depart for Exercise Kakadu off Darwin.
