Let’s discuss solutions for stress

By Keisha Reynolds, MyCG Writer

Stressed? Join the Coast Guard’s Health Promotion Program Manager, Tim Merrell, and Employee Assistance Program Manager, Christiana Montminy, to talk about stress, how it can impact us, and what you can do to mitigate it. The discussion will take place today, March 24, at 3 p.m. Eastern on CVR Teams.

The pair will share a confidential tool called, the Total Force Wellness Profiler, that provides personalized information about where to focus your efforts to improve your overall wellbeing.

“Stressors left unaddressed can lead to serious and counterproductive behaviors,” explained Merrell. “Today, we have the goal of letting our workforce know about resources that are available that can bolster their resilience and overall wellness.”
