Coast Guard updates outside activities policy

Make sure you are following new regulations.

U.S. Marines with Battlefield Surveillance Company, 2nd Intelligence Battalion, and U.S. Coast Guardsmen boat through channels and survey the water off the coast of Oak Island, North Carolina, Aug. 31, 2016.
