CGA Alumni Association hosts community healing event Nov. 14-15

The event creates a safe space for CGA alumni and allies to foster transparency about the ongoing response to the Fouled Anchor report and provide resources to survivors of sexual assault and harassment.

The new Coast Guard Behavioral Health (BH) Playbook will assist you as leaders and supervisors to prevent, mitigate, and address behavioral health concerns within your commands.

In some parts of our Coast Guard, there is a disconnect between the workplace experience we talk about, and the experience our people are actually having. The Operation Fouled Anchor investigation revealed clear evidence of that in the Coast Guard Academy’s past. But today the dissonance is present in other parts of the Service, and it is revealed not only by reports of sexual assault, but by instances of harassment, bullying, retaliation, and other inappropriate behavior.

When disaster strikes, CGMA's initial objective is to quickly provide emergency assistance for evacuation and cash needed to meet basic living expenses such as food, shelter and clothing.
