USCGR Holds Change of Command for INDOPACOM Unit

Coast Guard Capt. Scott Wolland took command of the Coast Guard Reserve Unit at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command from Capt. Tabitha Schiro, in a ceremony on the historic USS Battleship Missouri Memorial.
